Returns and Exchanges
At LUMA Studio, each print is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as “change of mind” or “incorrect size selection”.
However, we stand behind the quality of our work.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or with a production defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order is lost in transit, contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
